Bellevue Urgent Care: Joining Free Walks for Alzheimer’s Patients

People with Alzheimer’s disease are very likely to fall, slip, and become injured. That’s why having a community of people around them makes it easier to maintain their safety. So while although this is a possibility, it shouldn’t stop you or someone you know from enjoying their lives. One event in Bellevue aimed at helping patients enhance the quality of their lives is the Alzheimer’s Association Botanical Garden Walk – Early Stage Memory Loss. This event by the Bellevue Botanical Garden offers free walks along scenic paths to people with early Alzheimer’s and those concerned about memory loss. Although this event targets people with Alzheimer’s, this is an event for loved ones to also experience healthy walking habits that will enhance a better lifestyle. Through this people of all kinds can enjoy and experience light exercises and join group activities, which are helpful for those who have this condition.
